  • Data Logger Hot & Cold Temperature Testing & Monitoring Service

    Recognising the increasingly contentious area of Temperature Control, many customers benefit from this service. This skill has been honed over many years thru providing this service for some of our major customers.

    It is applicable when you are introducing new food products whether it is a new Meat Supplier with large joints or Chickens, or a new Pastry product supplier with pies & pasties. 

    Depending on the product to be tested up to 40 individual channel probes can be deployed (as an example think of a Hot Multi-Deck unit filled with 40 cups of soup and porridge, each one being monitored over a 4 hour period, or 12 Turkeys being cooked overnight in a Cook & Hold Oven, each with its own probe over the entire Cook and Hold period).

    The resulting graphs show the optimal Cook temperature settings to enable you to meet legal minimums whilst still offering a quality product.  Or, you want to Hot or Cold Hold, but are not sure the equipment you are using is maintaining legal minimum temperatures over your preferred holding period.
